Our Story
Our quaint cafe and bakery opened in June 2022, contributing to the growth of the Historic Ingleside neighborhood. Founded by cake decorator Adriana Horton, Oh Honey Baking Co. offers a wide assortment of house-made pastries, including donuts made daily, cinnamon buns, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and more.
Craving something more savory? We serve hot pressed lunch and breakfast sandwiches. Visit our location to revel in the comfort of a craft coffee, tea, or seasonal beverage and the buzz of our community.

About the Founder
Behind every strong beehive is a powerful queen bee, and in our case, her name is Adriana Horton. Her experience baking cakes began in businesses around Macon, including Fountain of Juice and Publix Bakery.
Friends and family members plunging into marriage started asking Adriana to design wedding cakes.. and not long after, baby shower cakes. After her own son was born, she realized it was in her family’s best interest to step away from her other positions and focus on her business full-time.
As her original business, “Oh Honey Design,” grew, the vision organically evolved into The Mill Hill Bakers Collective, a nonprofit shared kitchen program for other small baking businesses like herself.
In 2018, her husband, Josh Horton stepped into his role at The Society Garden, where Adriana naturally spent many evenings. Seeing the incredible potential of Historic Ingleside Village, she fell in love with the space next door to the Garden. With the support of her investors and growing community, she acquired Oh Honey’s current location in 2020. Adriana has poured her heart and soul into this bakery and cafe, which you are destined to feel when stepping into the space!
